Q. Washer is not Draining?
A. Possibly blocked filter or new pump needed!
Q. Washer very noisey sounds like Jet engine?
A. Could be the washers bearings!
Q. Washing machine jumps about and moves forward?
A. You will need to level it and stop over loading it!
Q. Washer not spinning?
A. could be brushes, motor or module!
Q. My Appliance is over 12 years old, it this still worth repair?
A. Possibly depends on available parts and wear!
Q. Washing Machine has got leak, is this a big problem?
A. depends what is causing it, could be door seal(easy fix)
or crack or hole in drum then maybe!
Q. Oven / Cooker does not heat up?
A. This will probably be element!
Q. My Neff inner door glass has dropped in or is loose?
A. This will just need re-gluing with High temp silicone!
Q. My AEG / Zanussi / Electrolux cuts out after 10 mins cooking
and comes back on after 30mins?
A. This is probably the thermal limitor cutout!
Q. Oven Over heating?
A. Probably the thermostat!
Q. Dishwasher is not letting water in?
A. First check water supply is getting to machine, if so then either valve, or internal blockage
